Emergent Strategy Evidence Base
A considerable number of the documents that the JPU provided in Appendix C Core Strategy Evidence Base of the Emergent Joint Core Strategy are not easily accessable and a significant number cannot be located using the links provided in Strategy document.
The 15 links to documents both on the main JPU site and on the JPU onsultancy site do not function directly. You must key or cut and paste details into your internet browser. Therefore, a full list of functioning links are provided here. They are in the same order as in Appendix C1 and C2.
The documents listed in Appendix C3 do have functioning links behind them when you click on the link ID
However, 12 of the 23 links either fail completely or do not take you to the specific document as listed.
Comments on the validity of each link are provide below.
These three appendices list a total of 71 additional documents used in evidence in the production by the JPU of the Emergent Joint Core Strategy. Out of these 71, 60 are defined as being complete, together with the date they were finalised. However there is no information related to where these are held, and how they may be referenced.
