Northamptonshire Expansion - 2011 Diary

07 Feb 2011  -  Transfer of planning powers to South Northamptonshire Council

South Northamptonshire Council has announced that planning powers are to be transferred back to the Council from the WNDC in a staged process from the 6th April 2011, subject to Parliamentary assent.

The statement starts with the words . . 'In January 2010 the Government . . '

It is assumed that this date should read 'January 2011' .
