Northamptonshire Expansion - 2010 Diary 22 Sep 2010 - Update on Community Right to Build Following further discussions, there have been changes in the proposals related to rural Communities Right to Build. It is now proposed that there will only be a need for 75 percent support from local voters to progress new housing development without the need for a specific application for planning permission.
