  Additional Emergent Strategy Exhibition

Following a considerable amount of lobbying an additional exhibition of the proposed Northamptonshire expansion has been announced on the JPU website.

'Additional Emergent Strategy Exhibition on 1st October at Great Houghton'

'There will be an additional Emergent Joint Core Strategy Exhibition at Parson's Memorial Hall, Great Houghton, on 1st October 2009, from 5.00pm to 8.30pm, with representatives of the Joint Planning Unit on hand to answer any questions you may have about the consultation document.'

Residents in local villages were concerned that the Brafield on the Green exhibition was the only one held in this area of the county, and that this was only open during the day when most working people were unable to attend.

Note the date, which is after the official consultation has closed.
